North Ocean City's appeal for a retiree is different: it offers a genuinely quieter, more residential, condo-dominated stretch of the incorporated Town of Ocean City itself, meaning full municipal services and the town's own emergency-response infrastructure, without the density of the Boardwalk/Midtown tourist core.
